While we prioritise the quality and safety of our candle pots, it is essential for you to monitor their condition over time. As with all products, nothing lasts forever. With this in mind, if you notice signs of wear or ageing, please discontinue use and replace with a new pot. 

The First Burn.

Allow your candle to melt all he way to the edges on the first lighting.

Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool and set before re-lighting. 

This prevents tunnelling and helps your wax burn evenly every time.

Wick Tricks.

Before each burn, trim your wick to approximately 5mm.

This gives a cleaner burn.

Safety First.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep away from children and pets and anything flammable.

Always place your candle on a heat resistant surface.

Keep away from curtains, draughts and soft furnishings.

 

Caring for You Pot.

Once finished, gently remove any wax and the metal sustainer from your pot.

Gently rinse with warm, soapy water. Allow it to dry completely before re-using.

Order your refill online, unwrap it and place it into your clean pot. No mess, no fuss and no waste.

 

 

SAFETY

Burn your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface within sight. Don't burn near to a draught, other candles, children, pets or anything flammable.

NEVER leave your candle unattended.

Let the candle form a full melt pool with each burn.

Don't burn for longer than 3-4 hours each time.

WICK TRICKS

Keep your wick trimmed between each burn. It should be approximately 5mm above the wax.
