We offer free delivery on all Malmö Home orders £35 and over.
DELIVERY
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed
• UK delivery costs £4.10 for orders under £35
• Sent by Royal Mail
• Carefully packed by hand in the UK
RETURNS
• 30-day returns on items returned in their original condition and packaging
• Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return postage
• Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: we cover the return cost and send you a label
• Sale items have the same return rights as full-price items
• Gift cards cannot be returned
• Custom-made or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty
• Email contact@malmohome.co.uk to arrange — we respond personally, no automated systems
Our pots are made to last with normal use. Natural wear over time is not covered under our returns policy.
We mostly use Royal Mail as our shipping provider, who have the lowest reported carbon emissions, per parcel, of any major UK delivery company.

- Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
- Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday.
- During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

Returns
Need to return?
After thousands of tests, we're confident you will enjoy your Malmö candle. However, you can return your Malmö candle (if unused & with all original packaging) within 14 days of delivery.
