How long does the fragrance last?
At least 6 months from the included 250ml bottle. Rinse, refill, replace the reeds when it runs out.

Yes. Refill oils are sold separately. The vessel is made to keep.

By hand in the UK. No two pieces are identical.
How do I look after it?
Turn the reeds every couple of days. Keep it away from direct sunlight and wipe any spills immediately.
